ABOUT US

Zora bila by Sandra & Dane is a family and life project of Sandra and Dane Tahirovic. The facility has been operating since 2011, and as we like to say, gastronomy is our life. A life that daily seeks a new performance and excellence, similar to that of a live concert.

The best restaurant in Croatia

Hands down, by far the best food in whole Croatia. From Zagreb to Dubrovnik, my husband and I went to many places, including “top gastro choices” in Croatia, but Zora Bila wowed us like no one else before. Romantic setting overlooking the Bacvice beach, lovely host who turned out to be the chef and owner as well. Very interesting menu with modern twist.

Best dining experience in Split

We spent a wonderful evening at Zora Bila. Fish-based tasting menu was amazing and every dish, from "greetings from the kitchen" to dessert was so well thought and well executed that we were stunned. The waitress was great and we felt really comfortable.

OUR MENUS

Signature food consists of rich menus that change and supplement seasonally. The menu consists of a la carte menu, tasting menu and a small supplement for a lighter lunch. In the A la carte menu, dishes are available that can satisfy even the most demanding gourmets, and the dishes are prepared from high-quality seasonal ingredients in cooperation with proven local food producers.

TASTING MENUS

What we are really proud of is our tasting menu. Our life and work philosophy is a creative journey through tastes, smells, colors. Our tasting menu is exactly like that. Creative, full of lively flavors and beautiful colors. In them, with our signature, we want to bring closer the rich gastronomic heritage of Dalmatia, and some traditional flavors that we present using modern techniques and methods. The passion for gastronomy along with our mutual love is what drives and decorates Zora Bila, and what makes the difference.
